Operate serigraphy, flexography, and heat press machines for 1 to 5 color prints on Nylon and Polyester substrates, managing production orders, technical sheets, and raw materials while verifying specifications. Mount rolls, thread materials, adjust pressures, and run continuous machine trials to produce samples for approval, ensuring proper drying where required. Execute production runs minimizing waste, mark finished goods for traceability, and separate items for cutting or folding. Perform daily machine cleaning, including replacing needle threaders and maintaining burners and tension cauchos, while monitoring ink levels and preparing samples. Report equipment damage and maintain a clean, organized work zone according to assigned shifts.
