Conduct visual inspections to detect damage, shortages, or inconsistencies, ensuring loads meet client requirements and company policies. Confirm orders are loaded into the correct unit and assigned route, arranging merchandise to prevent transport damage. Generate and record loading evidence via formats, scanners, or warehouse systems while reporting inventory discrepancies and sorting errors. Coordinate with sorters, forklift operators, and shipping personnel to ensure timely departures.
