Job Summary
Mirror polish complex tool components to A1 grade using copper rings, diamond paste, and wooden sticks per customer demand. Self-inspect polished parts and repair simple polishing equipment. Polish production tools on injection machines and conduct on-the-job training for new hires. Requires high school diploma, five years of related experience, and mastery of polishing skills to achieve A mirror grade independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related working experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiar with polishing concept and SOP(Standard Operation Procedure)
- Good understanding of Tool structure
- Master polishing skill well, polish components to A mirror grade independently
- Good polishing understanding and experience
