Load 1-ton big bags to ensure correct packaging and organization for the client, and count bags on trucks to verify production accuracy. Assist in warehouse cleaning and production flow, receiving packaging while respecting FIFO planning, and collect finished product samples to guarantee quality. Strap big bags with loading operators to prevent adulterations, prepare trucks by removing arcs, tarps, and chains, and organize cargo for faster loading. Complete loading checklists, prepare production orders to prevent inverted production, and call vehicles to streamline operations. Label tags for correct delivery, tarp trucks after loading to prevent cargo tampering, and manage the yard by organizing parked trucks per the production plan. Perform machine cleaning per specific procedures and handle diesel refueling if trained in NR-20. Address process failures like weight corrections or quality anomalies, and verify truck availability with the production planner.
