Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections, lubrications, and adjustments in compliance with established procedures. Complement electrical, mechanical, and automation teams during scheduled and corrective maintenance, including equipment disassembly, system behavior analysis, and post-shutdown validation testing. Monitor the control room and equipment systems, rapidly identifying alarm causes and executing corrective actions or communicating with maintenance teams. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and equipment failures while preparing service orders and anomaly reports. Interact with pre- and post-operation centers to authorize services and manage alarm sequences. Adhere strictly to safety norms and lockout/tagout protocols during hazardous energy control.
