Conduct preliminary risk analysis at the start of shifts, list required authorizations for critical activities, and enforce safety rules. Perform manual load handling, clean dust collection ducts across all shifts, and load agricultural limestone trucks from silos 6 and 7. Direct machine-assisted cleaning operations and maintain the aggregate hopper full by monitoring periodic refills. Collect raw lime and limestone powder samples for laboratory analysis and perform granulometric tests. Measure limestone and raw lime silos at three points at 06:00 and 14:00 for fill control, and measure all silos at midnight for production closure. Assist in grinding line cleanings during low flow, support fuel supply and operational cleaning teams, and collect milled material hourly for tactile and visual inspection. Monitor truck weighbridge readings to prevent material overages and communicate immediate decisions with panel operators to restore process or quality. Perform periodic field equipment inspections, keep the work area clean and organized, and contribute to selective waste collection.
