Prepare the production area for the start and end of shifts, select materials, and discard non-conforming products. Responsible for palletizing soap boxes to optimize storage and transport, assembling soap kits according to demand if assigned to the soap factory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization per 8S standards. Verify product quality throughout operations. Requires high school completion and availability for the third shift.
