Conduct manual toll collection by identifying, classifying, and attending to users based on vehicle categories. Handle restricted passage situations on automatic lanes by verifying electronic device failures, blocked devices, or missing equipment while communicating via radio with plaza control. Provide lane signaling for both manual and automatic tracks by directing the opening and closing of paths as needed. Work in rotating shifts and scales. Participate in the Performance Participation Program (PPR).
