Job Summary
Operate flexographic printing presses, including ink mixing and color matching to meet exact specifications. Perform setup, adjustments, and teardown of heavy machinery and automation equipment. Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Conduct quality testing following ISO procedures to guarantee products meet standards. Actively collaborate with your team and train other operators to foster a productive and safe work environment. Comply with all safety regulations, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires constant physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting objects up to 50 lbs, in a production environment with occasional noise.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience in the flexographic printing industry and color printing
- Experience operating press, converting, or finishing equipment (slitting, laminating, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Availability to work a daytime shift, 100% on-site at our Queretaro facility
