Execute and complete customer financing proposal data entry, collect client financing contract signatures, and provide guidance on warranty substitution, rights assignment, and bank fees. Distribute financing tables upon request, request a bonus rate from the bank to counter competition, and maintain weekly sales reports, approved/rejected files, and transferred files for the supervisor. Verify client documentation requested by the credit desk for payment sector submission, envelope and label the file preparation for document dispatch, and reanalyze pending and rejected bank proposals. Regularize post-sale flow issues with the end client regarding installments, contract reversals, and contract receipt, while delivering registered contracts to mandatory squares. Monitor and supply the dealership with the financing contract kit and maintain contact with the concessionary target audience including sales, managers, and directors.
