Conduct full event organization from strategic planning through logistics and execution, including lead generation for corporate and family clients. Assemble and disassemble rooms, verify details such as table settings and linens against service orders, and manage equipment, tableware, and furniture. Prepare coffee breaks and handle room service replenishment while organizing and cleaning storage areas and event spaces. Requires prior experience in this function.
