Job Summary
Monitor traffic flow and safety by controlling road operations, inspecting traffic, and coordinating removal and pre-hospital services via radio and phone. Log all road operations incidents in the KCor system, track GPS routes for inspection compliance, and optimize logistics to meet response time parameters. Identify and monitor traffic incidents using CFTV and PMV panels, ensuring relevant stakeholders receive timely updates per the communication plan. Archive CFTV footage and manage shift handovers to guarantee incident closure and future audit readiness. Requires 12x36 schedule from 6h to 18h.
