Conduct daily finishing operations in the ceramics and doors sector according to quality standards and unit flow requests. Refill the tower to meet the next day's targets and assist in daily safety supervision to prevent accidents at the construction site. Perform cleanup after daily goals are met, organize the worksite by separating waste, and ensure all work areas are left clean and demobilized. Utilize required PPE throughout the shift. Full-time on-site role with morning, lunch, and afternoon breaks provided.
