Operate heavy tow trucks to remove vehicles obstructing roads, ensuring safe traffic flow and coordinating with the Operations Control Center (CCO) for real-time updates. Perform vehicle removals for accidents or breakdowns, conduct traffic control and signaling at removal zones, and transport vehicles to designated facilities without damage. Inspect equipment before each shift, perform basic maintenance on fluids and tires, and fill out incident reports detailing removals and activities. Collaborate with traffic enforcement and security teams while adhering to all safety protocols and road regulations. Work a 2x2 shift schedule on-site at the highway base.
