Operador/a de Produção

Execute daily operations at the Orindiúva-SP facility, including operating centrifuges, evaporators, and mixing tanks while adhering to all BPF, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Develop process experience by training staff on standard work methods, reducing variability, and implementing Lean initiatives like 5S and Visual Performance Management. Support root cause analysis for safety or quality failures and collaborate with planning teams to optimize production schedules. Ensure proper categorization and disposal of hazardous and solid waste. Apply lean manufacturing principles to material handling and facility layout for maximum efficiency.
