Conduct daily merchandising by stocking shelves, restocking inventory from the warehouse, and maintaining organized layouts. Perform shelf cleaning, remove damaged goods, and verify pricing to ensure consumer compliance. Monitor expiration dates, discard unsuitable products, and execute quality customer service to drive loyalty. Prepare the store for opening and closing shifts, managing exposure and storage standards. Assist in pallet organization after use. Full high school education required; prior experience in food retail is a plus.
