Conduct customer service in the FLV (fruits, vegetables, and herbs) sector, performing cutting, weighing, and delivery of goods while adhering to company procedures. Restock sales counters to ensure product quality standards and full variety availability, removing items with poor presentation or expired dates for exchange or disposal. Maintain all utensils, equipment, and the sales area according to sanitary regulations, and monitor temperatures in display cases and refrigeration units. Collaborate on receiving merchandise, preparing the store for opening and closing shifts regarding stocking, pricing, and exposure, and execute food handling and hygiene protocols.
