Conduct geographic data collection for FWA service installation and maintenance, including equipment retrieval upon cancellation and updating customer records with new phone numbers and addresses. Execute initial and reconfiguration of FWA equipment to ensure operational alignment with technical standards while providing basic connectivity support. Clarify client debt inquiries, negotiate debt settlements to retain customers, and deliver payment slips when necessary. Drive company vehicles as needed and utilize personal safety equipment during field operations. Manage on-site equipment returns by obtaining client signatures on collection terms and restocking items.
