Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves, and maintain maintenance inventory by requisitioning necessary parts and supplies. Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift change. Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, complete required training, and properly store flammable materials. Welcome and acknowledge guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders as needed.
