Conduct cash register operations, including fiscal receipt issuance, payment processing via credit/debit/card, and daily cash reconciliation. Manage inventory by entering stock, performing exchanges, and transferring items within the store system. Assist customers with active campaigns and bonuses, then package and wrap clothing for completed sales. Administer store emails and escalate technical issues to support when identified. Complete required registrations and corrections in the system. This role is part of Shoulder, a fashion retailer focused on providing a differentiated shopping experience for Brazilian women.
