Conduct daily cleaning and organization of cold storage corridors, washing fish rooms by removing slats with correct materials and equipment. Organize merchandise on cold room shelves, verifying expiration dates and grouping products by brand and flavor. Confirm product validity, notifying the manager or sector leader of items nearing expiration for appropriate actions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sweeping and washing as needed. Assist in restocking frozen and refrigerated merchandise islands in the sales area. Participate in local inventory by counting products and reporting information to the responsible party. Adhere to norms and procedures according to the Good Practices Manual, CIPA, and NRs. Execute related activities to the function at the discretion of the immediate superior.
