Job Summary
The Blade Operator operates machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets to excavate and load loose materials, transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites, and perform routine maintenance on the truck. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, basic English comprehension, and the physical capability to meet job demands. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and involves exposure to high noise levels and machinery. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k). Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job such as walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays
