Job Summary
Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs for OpenText ECM solutions ensuring strict adherence to performance, security, and audit standards. Design, develop, and test OpenText implementations including Content Server WebReports, Workflows, and Document Pipelines using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL. Manage end-to-end business requirements, define sprint backlogs, and handle financial/organizational support topics. Execute comprehensive testing across all implementations, manage client rollouts, and oversee GRC responsibilities including compliance, certificate management, and system patching. Drive L2/L3 incident queue resolution for data and permission issues, perform daily health checks, and participate in shift-based support for P1/P2 major tickets.
Required Qualifications
- Core OpenText Stack: Content Server, Extended ECM, Document Pipeline, Remote Cache Server, Viewers, Core Archive, and OTDS
- Client & Add-on Components: Enterprise Scan, Enterprise Connect, Imaging/Intelligent/WebViewers, WebViewer, Rendition Server, and SAP Add-ons (OTEXBAS, OTEXRL, OTEXRM)
- Development & Scripting: Content Server WebReports, Content Server Workflow, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and advanced SQL
- Infrastructure & Security: Tomcat/Java deployments, Certificate & Vulnerability Management, and system capacity monitoring
