Job Summary
OpenText AppWorks Developer (Junior to Intermediate, 2-5 years) to design, develop and implement OpenText AppWorks BPM solutions within a collaboration-focused delivery team. You will build process models, user interfaces, rules and integrations, work with business analysts and clients to translate requirements into robust OpenText solutions, support integration between OpenText and other enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, contribute to data migration and deployment activities, and participate in Agile ceremonies while growing your OpenText expertise in a consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks/Process Suite
- OpenText AppWorks Admin or Developer certification
- Knowledge of AppWorks latest versions (e.g., version 23+)
- Proficiency with XML, SOA, Object Orientation, SQL databases
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, and basic web development
- Strong experience with SOAP and REST web services
- Experience with Single Sign-On mechanisms and related standards
- Ability to design, develop and test OpenText AppWorks BPM applications
- Experience collaborating with business analysts, technical leads, and clients
- Experience with data migration, integration with other enterprise systems, and deployment activities
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
- Experience working with government and/or enterprise clients is advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a structured project team
- Willingness to cross-train in OpenText and related platforms
- Knowledge of additional OpenText products (OTDS, Content Server) is desirable
