Job Summary
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of understanding of RPA concepts, specifically in OpenSpan implementation, and at least 11 years of experience in Information Technologies. Candidates should possess strong skills in architecture, design patterns, and RPA best practices. Leadership capabilities to manage a team of developers, coupled with excellent communication and client management skills, are essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in OpenSpan implementation
- Experience in an architect position
- Knowledge of design patterns and architecture
- Knowledge of RPA best practices
- Ability to design cost-efficient solutions
- Awareness of market and technology trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in client management
- Ability to define vision/road map
Desired Qualifications
- Hands on knowledge in Blueprism and UIPath
- Leadership skills in managing development teams
