Job Summary
Beauty/skincare sales role as Opening Shift Leader for Palm Beach Tan. Lead morning shift by advising customers on premium skincare products, assisting with tanning needs, and driving sales to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets with uncapped commission potential. Maintain a clean, organized salon, handle transactions, and support team goals while delivering high-quality customer service and a positive in-store experience. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and have flexible availability including nights and weekends; high school diploma or equivalent and 18+ required.
