Job Summary
Manage all functions of the Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and profitability. Direct staff of 3 to 15 employees through hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline while overseeing food preparation, sales, and service operations. Control inventory, order supplies, and audit shift-ending paperwork to minimize waste and theft. Route deliveries, serve drivers, and maintain equipment. Complete daily food preparation, including opening procedures and slicing, and conduct weekly manager meetings. Responsible for 100% of cash drawers and implementing corporate policies with full integrity. Requires flexible scheduling across all hours, a valid driver's license, and the stamina to work 50-60 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent training
- Completion of recommended corporate training programs
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 50-60 hours a week
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday
