Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Grades 3–5 aligned with the Cambridge curriculum, developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive strategies. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments while assessing progress regularly and providing constructive feedback. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and a love for reading. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support student development and participate in professional growth programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience teaching English to primary grades (Grades 3–5), preferably in a Cambridge or other international curriculum school
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Desired Qualifications
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
