Job Summary
The Crew Member role focuses on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging guests, accurately taking orders and processing payments, addressing guest inquiries, maintaining a safe and clean environment, assisting with food/kitchen tasks (including preparing ingredients and using ovens, fryers, grills, and other equipment), restocking, and collaborating with delivery partners. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, paid training, advancement opportunities, and a team-oriented, friendly work atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
- Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor
