Set the tone with a strong work ethic, positivity, and sales skills; lead from the front to turn ordinary days into standout, brag-worthy performances. Onsite in Austin, TX, 40+ hours/week, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of strong phone sales/call center experience where you’ve carried a quota and won
- At least 1 year of leading, coaching, or supervising sales reps
