Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and take info calls and tours to provide a superior customer experience. Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates, while facilitating services issues by forwarding them to management as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and handle front desk tasks with a focus on honesty, good work ethic, and strong communication skills. Standing and walking 75% of the shift, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role reports to the Club Manager at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
