Customer Service Representative at a Planet Fitness location focused on new member sales and delivering a superior member experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting potential members, front desk tasks (answering phones, taking information for tours, helping with sign-ups and cancellations, updating member accounts, and BCM amenity usage), handling member services questions, and escalating issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.
