Assist lead teachers in classroom management and supervision, ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures. Provide a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors while creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans. Manage effective classroom transitions and counsel children using positive discipline techniques. Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom while presenting a professional image. Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on child development. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 3:30 or 6:30 to 12:30.
