Conduct physical assessments, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests to provide effective treatment. Perform preventive health screenings tailored to patient age and needs while educating families on specialty care conditions and follow-up. Maintain accurate patient care records and perform specialty procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Assess and evaluate clinical and system issues to improve specialty care delivery. Requires a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies, valid NC license, and BLS/NRP certification. No prior experience required; open to new graduates.
