Job Summary
Manage the daily queue of ~1,000 incoming sponsorship packages and inquiries, assigning resources dynamically to meet strict turnaround times. Serve as the final authority on "Risk vs. No Risk" determinations before cases move to deep-dive analysis. Lead the team in using commercial data aggregators to validate corporate identity and flag initial Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence indicators. Train analysts on fast-paced triage methodologies and the identification of shell companies or anomalous business structures. This role leads the Vetting Triage Unit, the first line of defense for the Entity Vetting lifecycle, processing over 100,000 annual inquiries with speed and precision.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 Investigation)
- 8+ years in risk analysis, commercial due diligence, or open-source intelligence (OSINT)
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Intelligence, Security, or related field
- Proficiency with major commercial risk databases and corporate registry research
- Manage the daily queue of ~1,000 incoming sponsorship packages and inquiries, assigning resources dynamically to meet strict turnaround times (6 hours for no-risk indicators)
- Serve as the final authority on 'Risk vs. No Risk' determinations before cases move to deep-dive analysis
- Lead the team in using commercial data aggregators (LexisNexis, Dun & Bradstreet, Bloomberg) to validate corporate identity and flag initial Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) indicators
- Train analysts on fast-paced triage methodologies and the identification of shell companies or anomalous business structures
