Job Summary
Develop and advance AI methods, lead AI-centered applications producing generalizable methodological advances, or design approaches to solve previously intractable questions in domain-driven AI. Sustain a record of impactful peer-reviewed publications in top-tier business journals while creating effective course materials and an engaging classroom environment. Demonstrate commitment to student success and collaborate effectively with fellow instructors. Provide effective service to the Department, the College, and the greater academic and business community. All courses are taught in person on the University's main campus in Columbus, Ohio. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Ph.D. in either Accounting or Information Systems (or a closely related field)
- Significant AI expertise as a core element of their scholarship
- Demonstrate the potential for outstanding achievement in research
- Evidence of publications in top-tier outlets
- Mentoring of Ph.D. students
- Minimum of five years of experience in a tenured or tenure-track position at a business school that is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) or International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE)
- All courses taught in person on the University's main campus in Columbus, Ohio
- Successful completion of a background check
- Sign an authorization and disclosure form regarding employment-related misconduct or disciplinary proceedings
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of a terminal degree in the relevant field of study or equivalent experience
