Job Summary
OPEN INTERVIEWS for FLEX Customer Service Security Officer requiring in-person hiring events. Responsibilities include patrolling client premises, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations, conflict resolution and de-escalation, identifying and reporting safety hazards, securing entrances/exits, and providing directions. Candidates must have high school diploma or GED (or able to complete GED within 6 months), be 18+, and possess 2 years of security or customer service/hospitality experience. Pre-employment drug screen and background checks required. Company offers full benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and training; uniforms provided. Event location: 509 Olive Way, Seattle, WA 98101 with additional site options in Seattle metro area; walk-ins welcome.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Standard computer/technology skills
- Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation
