Job Summary
Manage opening and closing procedures for the enrollment site while maintaining workspace compliance and resolving client or volunteer conflicts. Proactively gather information to troubleshoot Marketplace application issues, answer questions, and complete client intake and enrollment processes to cover volunteer shortages. Oversee data entry and quality review for each enrollment, ensuring clients receive timely support and clear communication throughout the intake and enrollment process. Provide guidance and ongoing training to staff and volunteer enrollment specialists while using required technological systems for site operations. Complete all paid trainings and CMS certification, protecting client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA policies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology and knowledge of computer operations and software
- Must be proficient in English

- Complete all paid trainings and Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with health insurance enrollment on the Marketplace
- Experience with the Health Coverage program at Foundation Communities
- Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, and/or American Sign Language
