Job Summary
Immediate openings for dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA), ideally with a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification, who will provide essential non-medical care for individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, medication reminders, basic health monitoring, daily activity support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, safety monitoring, basic wound care support, and effective communication with the care team and family members. Candidates must possess good communication skills, be reliable and caring, and hold a valid CNA or CHHA certification along with current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved CNA or CHHA certification training course with a valid certificate
- Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
- Valid identification
