Job Summary
Find problems close to customers before they are assigned, then build and automate end-to-end workflows using Command, CLI, and MCP. Ship to customers quickly with tight iteration and deploy, measure impact honestly, and kill what doesn't move while doubling down on what does. Operate as an autonomous team to pick targets, ship outcomes, and own results. Apply as an individual or small technical team with hands-on experience building AI products.
Required Qualifications
- Have shipped something real - a product, a tool, a company, or an open-source project people actually use
- Be dangerous across the stack: PMs who can prototype, engineers with product taste
- Have strong opinions about AI products and the judgment to recognize fast when one of them is wrong
- Hands experience building AI products with AI
- Move fast and measure
- Care about craft where it's impactful and resist polishing what isn't
- Communicate clearly and own outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge about RAG, evals, agent harnesses a plus
