Open Banking Product Director

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Open Banking product strategy and vision for secure data sharing, including customer consent flows, permission management, aggregator and direct connector integrations, and the self-service developer portal experience. Oversee the product backlog to drive value for customers, shareholders, and stakeholders. Write initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, partnering with other product managers, engineering, design, data, architecture, and stakeholder teams. Partner with engineering leads to oversee development teams and ensure effective sprint planning. Collaborate with the Agentic AI Executive Director to evaluate and integrate AI-driven capabilities. Maintain deep knowledge of customer and user journeys, drive testing and validation, lead a small team of product managers, and act as a strategic partner across the team. Own the Open Banking product roadmap, define features and customer-facing capabilities that drive secure data sharing, customer control, and partner integration. Develop relationships across Chase to discover customer needs and ensure clear communication, design solutions, and drive commitment for critical dependencies. Ensure documentation of technical solutions and experiences and manage AI-enabled features that meet customer experience standards and product quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital product management or relevant experience
- Minimum BA/BS degree required or relevant experience
- Experience with agile product development techniques and practices
- Experience in defining and building out product roadmap
- Experience with APIs
- Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and with JIRA
- Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
- Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
- Demonstrable experience working on a regulated product or feature set
- Ability to map customer journeys and business processes and identify requirements
- Leadership experience leading a small team of product managers
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, architecture, and stakeholder teams
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-driven capabilities into product backlog
