Job Summary
Open Availability Cashier at TJX Companies (HomeGoods Store) responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, accurately ringing purchases/returns, counting change, and following operating procedures. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas; supports merchandising philosophy, loss prevention standards, and safety practices; promotes credit and loyalty programs; maintains a clean, organized sales floor; participates in store recovery and adheres to labor laws and company policies. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changes are valued; physical duties include lifting heavy objects and working with store teams to meet business needs.
