The role involves filling tubs, monitoring the processing of tubs in clave, and ensuring operations adhere to production schedules. Responsibilities include assisting with trimming tubs, conducting checks with specific procedures, handling paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas. The position requires physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying plant environments. The individual will assist in training others and must follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications

- Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools

- Ability to read a ruler and work with fractions
Additional Requirements
- Willing to work shift work
- Must be able to work rotating 12 hours shifts
