Job Summary
Assist at plastic and aesthetic surgeries, prepare and follow up on patients in the operating room, sterilize and care for medical instruments, document procedures according to legal requirements, and coordinate the operating room workflow and scheduling. Manage the daily operational flow of the surgery department while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Work within a small, engaged team in a modern practice environment, utilizing the EGYM Wellpass benefit for wellness support.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur OP-Schwester oder zum Operationstechnischen Assistenten (OTA)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im OP-Bereich
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse der OP-Instrumente und -Techniken sowie der Hygienestandards im OP
- Fähigkeit, unter Stress effizient zu arbeiten und in einem kleinen Team zu kooperieren
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patienten
