OP Chemo RN – Part Time at McAllen site. The staff nurse provides direct nursing care to an assigned patient population within the Texas Nursing Practice Act, following ANA guidelines and Driscoll Health System’s standards. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to plan and deliver patient care, maintaining current competencies, and completing required ASC courses with ongoing certification. Licensure as an RN in Texas, CPR (AHA) and ongoing specialty certifications are required or encouraged; BSN is preferred. The role supports pediatric/children’s hospital settings across Driscoll Health System’s facilities and emphasizes compassionate, comprehensive care within a tertiary pediatric environment.
