Job Summary
Conduct timely, scientifically sound Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations within the Analytical Quality Control laboratory, ensuring full compliance with GMP/GLP and internal SOPs. Manage retesting and re-measurement schedules while delivering inspection-ready documentation and driving effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Proactively identify and trend OOS/OOT signals, collaborate with clients and management, and participate in method review and audit preparations. This temporary contract role requires a B.Sc. in Chemistry with 3-5 years of QC lab experience, involving office and laboratory environments with occasional evening or weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- A B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or diploma in related field
- A solid background and understanding of Analytical Chemistry, variety of Wet Chemistry and Instrumentation techniques and GMP/GDP/GLP requirements
- Computer proficiency- Microsoft Office, ELIMS, etc.
- At least 3-5 years working in the QC Lab - with different analytical instrumentation
- 2-5 years of experience in leading investigations
- Ability to perform preliminary data review as part of investigation

Desired Qualifications
- Any certificate or course related to Investigations or QA/QC related courses
- Experience working in contract Laboratory
- Experience working with Cosmetic Products, such as creams, lotions, ointments and other challenging matrixes
