Job Summary
Lead the design of technical site installations for large-scale multidisciplinary projects, coordinating internal and external design teams from the tender phase through realization. Establish structure in the design process by organizing design and interface sessions, managing planning, design choices, risks, and interdependencies between technical disciplines, civil infrastructure, and execution. Evaluate design proposals and reports on progress, risks, and decision-making while ensuring an integrated, safe, and buildable design. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, cost consultants, and project managers to align technology with civil engineering and construction.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek, Industriële Automatisering of Civiele Techniek
- Meerdere jaren ervaring als ontwerpleider, lead engineer, technisch manager of ontwerpcoördinator
- Ervaring met complexe multidisciplinaire infrastructurele projecten
- Ervaring met het aansturen van ontwerpteams
- Kennis van Systems Engineering en integraal raakvlakmanagement
- Inzicht in de samenhang tussen ontwerp, planning, kosten en uitvoering
- Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
