Design new matrices and blanking systems, optimize existing designs using standard tooling libraries and FEA modules, and prepare execution drawings for production. Create purchase requests in the ERP system and provide technical support during manufacturing while collaborating with workshop leaders and production planning. Ensure consistent application of design agreements and guide project handovers. Contribute to continuous improvement processes regarding quality, efficiency, and safety. Requires an industrial or civil engineering degree, expertise in NX and NX-FEA, and strong analytical skills. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
