Job Summary
Ontario Public Sector - Account Executive responsible for managing large strategic commercial accounts in Canada, coordinating account plans, and driving margin recovery. Works with pre-sales and inside sales to pursue deals, collaborates with marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver solutions, and builds strong relationships with commercial clients. Focuses on understanding client business needs, developing growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling, updating pipeline opportunities, and improving win rates. Stays informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities. Requires a four-year or graduate degree and typically 4-7 years of relevant experience (account management, tele-sales, product specialty). Travel 75% within Canada. Compensation range CAD 120,150 to 170,000 CAD annually with a 60/40 salary/incentive mix; full-time HP Canada employee benefits and EEO protections.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in account management, tele sales, product specialty or related field
