Job Summary
Monitor security cameras, patrol property common areas, and check beach zones for obstructions during weekend shifts. Respond to resident and guest inquiries via phone, text, and email while managing package deliveries and vendor access coordination. Set up pool and beach seating, maintain cleanliness, and document maintenance concerns or safety hazards for management. Ensure compliance with sea turtle protection protocols from May through October and handle emergencies by contacting emergency services immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Previous concierge, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain attentive and observant
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when management is not immediately available
- Comfortable using phones, text messaging, email, security cameras, and community access systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to walk and patrol the property throughout the shift
- Able to handle resident requests and property concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance
- Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely
- Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks
- Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors)
- Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required
- Must be available on all holidays
- Saturday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
- Sunday 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM
